OUR LOGO

The Horse Treasury has two people to thank for its beautiful logo, Mr. Ernest Massuet and Mr. Sławomir Cienkosz. Mr. Cienkosz designed our logo, while Mr. Massuet’s exquisite Pianissima portrait is the logo’s star and inspiration.

The symbols in our logo

Coin: Something that literally and metaphorically represents the value we place in our ‘Treasury’.

Gold: This colour traditionally symbolises illumination, prestige, knowledge and positivity, all wonderful traits which we seek to embody.

Wind of roses: Showing the directions of a compass, the wind of roses helps one discover one’s opportunities and path. To us, it symbolises how horses have carried and accompanied mankind throughout the journey of time and how the beauty and bravery of Arabian horses spread from the heart of the desert to all around the world.

Pianissima: There is really no need to introduce Pianissima in the Arabian horse world, it was our honour to immortalise her beauty on the face of our coin, like the true Platinum Queen that she was.

Becoming inspired by Mr. Massuet’s Pianissima portrait

Mr. Cienkosz was indispensable to the creation of our logo. We approached him with a multitude of ideas and plenty of passion, but no clear way of combining all the elements. From Mr. Cienkosz’s patience, skills and suggestions, the shining coin finally emerged. When designing the silhouette of the horse, he asked us if we could show him images of the ideal Arabian figure. This is when we realised nothing could look more perfect than Mr. Massuet’s portrait of Pianissima.
Mr. Massuet’s portrait is a timeless snapshot of perfection. When looking at this sculpture, you can see every expressive line, every celebrated feature of the Arabian breed and the sense of pride and strength with which Pianissima stands. This is the spirit we wanted to capture in our logo and thanks to Mr. Massuet’s generous permission, we were able to create a logo that makes us proud.
