The international equine Industry has been developing significantly for more than a decade. In modern horse trade there are many legal risks for all parties involved, especially during international transactions. Thus, it is highly recommended to use contracts drafted and reviewed by professionals.
Responding to the needs of the market, Agnieszka has specialized in equine law. Equine law is a combination of laws that apply to equestrian athletes, horse owners, potential horse purchasers, trainers, breeders, veterinarians and everyone else involved in the equine world. As a specialist and equine lawyer, Agnieszka believes that it is important to know your clients’ industry in order to help them. For this reason, she assists her clients in all aspects of equine law.
